Coles Ferry Elementary students are engaged  daily in a motivating and interesting academic curriculum.  PreK students use the Tools of the Mind to create a rich learning environment based on creativity and organized play using real world tools and situations.  Kindergarten through second grade focus their learning on the Common Core Standards.  Third through fifth grades build their curriculum around Tennessee State Standards which are evaluated through the Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program.

 

Parent/Teacher Conferences, weekly newsletters, mid-nine weeks reports, and report cards communicate each student’s academic success  on a regular, timely basis.  Please take time to visit teacher web pages which have a constant update of information related to daily classroom activities.  Faculty members may be contacted through school email as well.
