On Monday, March 2 a sign up sheet came home for those who wish to send in breakfast and/or snacks during TCAP week. Please mark your choices and send back as soon as you can so I can get food sent in each day. Thank you!!

TCAP Bootcamp

Please join the 3rd grade teachers on Tuesday, April 17 in the school library for our annual TCAP Boot Camp. We will be giving you and your child information regarding the upcoming TCAP testing. Please come ready with any questions or concerns you may have. You will even get to take a look at a practice TCAP booklet! I hope to see you there!!

Sign up sheets are coming home today, April 9.

Spring Is Here!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful spring break!! I know I am well rested and ready for the remainder of the school year! We have hit the floor running preparing for TCAP. Correspondence will be coming home in your child’s backpack in the next few weeks regarding things that will be going on here at school and in our classroom.

Upcoming dates to remember:

March 30- Spring Pictures

April 6- No School-Good Friday

April 17- TCAP Bootcamp, 6-7pm

April 23-27- TCAP Testing

Thank you to all my wonderful parents who sent in supplies for our Fall Party!! We had a fabulous time! I also want to thank Mrs. Bone for all the fun games, prizes, and food! See you all on Monday!!

2 24 pack- #2 pencils (48 pencils)
 
4 glue sticks
 
1 box 24 count crayons or color pencils
 
1 pair scissors
 
6 folders with pockets and brads (red, blue, orange, yellow, green, purple)
 
2 packs or regular wide ruled paper (200 count)
 
1 pack construction paper (9×12)
 
1 dry erase marker (student use)
 
1 box Kleenex
 
1 bottle of waterless hand sanitizer
 
1 school box
 
1 pack of white copy paper
 
1 pair of headphones (individual student use)
 
Boys- any size (gallon, quart, sandwich) baggies
 
Girls- Clorox wipes
