U.S. Army Band Concert FREE

For Tickets/Info call 615-782-4040

The concert is FREE!  If you call this number to put your name on the list you can be seated early.
Fifteen minutes before the concert starts everyone not on the list will be admitted.

This is a GREAT band.  They will play a variety of music that should appeal to all.  It is especially moving for veterans when the service songs are played.
They are asked to stand so the audience can clap for them.

If you know someone who would like to go to this concert, please forward this information.

Hope to see some of you there!

This is THE Army Band from Washington, D.C. – definitely worth a trip to Nashville.  If you have relatives or friends who served in the Armed Forces I’m sure it would be a treat for them if you invited them to go along.  Go to the links on this page for more information.

This is the website to the CD we are using in class.  It has excerpts or full tracks that you can listen to and play along with.  Don’t forget to tune your flutophone(usually pull the mouthpiece out a little) so it matches pitch with the CD.  Have fun!

Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a nice break.  I enjoyed spending time with my family and friends.

I am looking forward to exciting times in music class for the second half of our year.
