Coles Ferry Elementary has a very strong Parent-Teacher Organization known as the PTO. This is a group of parents/guardians, teachers, and faculty members who join together to assist the school with many activities and programs throughout the year. Coles Ferry encourages parent involvement and being a part of the PTO is an excellent opportunity to achieve this. The Coles Ferry PTO is responsible for raising money that has been of great benefit in the past by allowing the school to purchase computer equipment, playground equipment, televisions for classrooms, maintain our copy machine and many more items. These funds are also used to sponsor events such as the Easter Egg Hunt, many of our awards for our Accelerated Reader Program, and so much more. We are especially proud of all of our parent volunteers whose tireless work we could not do without.
