About The Teacher

My name is Amy Sturm. This will be my twenty fifth year to teach. I have taught all twenty five years in Kindergarten. I look forward to teaching your child and to all of the exciting learning experiences we will share. When your child leaves my classroom I want them to feel confident, self-assured and successful.

Mission For The Class

I believe every child learns in a different style. Your child will be working on their own level. Each lesson will be modified for every student, whether it is simplified activities or higher thinking skilled activities. Feel free to ask questions, visit our classroom, come be a guest reader, discuss your child’s progress with me and your child, help with special projects, and join us for lunch one day. You are always welcome!
