Mrs. Vicki Hines
Mrs. Hines goes out of her way to do many things for me, both as a professional and a friend. She understands the demands on educators and tries to take off my plate any task she can handle. She worked with Dr. Lowery to arrange a writing workshop for third graders. I did not ask her to do it, but she noticed the struggles with third-grade writing and the importance of this task on the state assessment. She has seen my tears over the workload and my heart for my students, and she got each of my students' AR folders corrected with their reading levels. She's a blessing that sweeps in at the very moment I need her. She reminds me of my why, prays with me, cries with me, and uplifts my soul when it is weary. She also knows I'm in graduate school studying information science, so when she was at the library conference recently, she thought of me. She grabbed pertinent information for my studies to help me along the way. She should be called Saint Hines because she is really an angel.

Mrs. Holly Britt
She comes in every day with a smile on her face, ready to support students in their learning. She ensures students follow along in class while supporting and pushing them to their full academic potential.
During a formal observation, Mrs. Hollie walked in and set her pink backpack on the small-group table. She quietly and unassumingly began helping students. She noticed a student struggling, hanging out of his seat, clearly distraught about doing work. I watched as Mrs. Hollie remained calm, turned around, walked back to the small-group table, and pulled a few stickers from her backpack. She let the struggling student pick a sticker to "work for." She knows that this particular student loves stickers and had a few in her backpack (her own little toolbox of goodies). The student got back to work. It was amazing to watch how she met the student's needs without disrupting the classroom or lesson.
Holly Britt is always positive and willing to help when the time calls. She is flexible and does what is best for her students. She makes sure that all students feel special and important when she is around. Mrs. Holly always has a smile on her face and goes the extra mile to make our students happy. She is extremely helpful in the classroom and makes a point to help all students. My students get so excited to see her, and she certainly puts a smile on our faces.
Mrs. Holly comes into my room each day to help a student with math. My students are so excited to see her when she comes in. Mrs. Holly is extremely flexible in helping all students and is always ready to help any way she can. She goes above and beyond to help our students. She brings additional resources to my classroom for students to use. She puts a smile on all of our faces and is a huge asset to the CFE family!!! :)
